On iPhone or iPad, the download normally appears in Safari’s Downloads folder in Files. Android, Windows and Mac browsers save it to their usual Downloads location. The exact save prompt depends on your browser settings.
Paste the full link to a public post from x.com or twitter.com. Standard status links, mobile links, /i/status links and links ending in /video/1, /video/2 and so on are accepted. Extra tracking parameters do not affect the result. Short t.co links must first be opened so you can copy the final post URL.
The downloader lists the MP4 renditions that X actually supplies for that post and orders them by bitrate. Depending on the source upload, you may see several resolutions or only one. The tool does not upscale, re-encode, compress or add a watermark, so an HD option appears only when X provides one.
The post must be public and contain video hosted natively by X. Private, deleted, login-only or restricted posts cannot be resolved. A post that only links to a video on another website is not the same as an uploaded X video. Copy the link from the post’s Share menu, check that it opens while signed out, and retry later if X is temporarily limiting requests.
