Information, not an emergency service
Earthquake, tsunami, cyclone, weather, aurora and satellite information can be preliminary, incomplete or delayed. We are not an official warning authority. Follow local authorities for safety decisions; do not rely solely on our tools for emergencies, navigation or other safety-critical activities.
External data, prices and services
Data providers may revise or withdraw information. App prices, subscriptions, availability and exchange-rate comparisons are indicative; confirm current terms with the relevant store before purchasing. External links and advertisements do not imply our endorsement or an affiliation. Linked apps and providers have separate terms.
Content and intellectual property
Our original design, code and content remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party datasets, maps, images and software retain their own licenses and attribution requirements. Using a tool does not transfer ownership of your input to us or grant rights to someone else’s content.

We work to keep the tools useful, but cannot promise uninterrupted service or error-free results. Check outputs before relying on them. Any limitation of liability applies only as permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable rights, guarantees or remedies, including under Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
