Not for a website, Wi-Fi password or text message. Choose QR for those uses, or ordinary Aztec for longer data. Test a Rune with a reader that explicitly supports Aztec Runes.

How do I check the code before printing?

Leave the white margins intact, keep the image in proportion and scan a sample at its final printed size with the device you intend to use.

Using Aztec Runes

Aztec Runes are small square symbols for a single numeric value. They are not shortened QR codes and cannot hold a message or a web link. Use them only where the receiving system expects this format.

Download PNG for documents or SVG for a sharp, resizable print layout. Generation takes place in your browser, without an account.
