Code One barcode generator
Create a Code One 2D barcode for an identifier or short message, then download PNG or SVG for your label.
When to use Code One
Code One is a separate barcode format, not a QR code or Data Matrix. This generator automatically chooses a standard size from A to H as the data grows. Keep the complete pattern and its surrounding margin when printing; stretching it can make it unreadable.
Download PNG for documents or SVG for a sharp, resizable print layout. Generation takes place in your browser, without an account.
Code One barcode questions
- Can I scan Code One with a phone camera?
- Do not assume an ordinary phone camera will read it. Use a scanner or app that explicitly supports Code One and test your printed label. For a website link intended for the public, choose QR code instead.
- How do I check the code before printing?
- Leave the white margins intact, keep the image in proportion and scan a sample at its final printed size with the device you intend to use.
