GS1 DataBar Stacked barcode generator (RSS-14 Stacked)
Create a two-row GS1 DataBar Stacked barcode from your product’s GTIN and download PNG or SVG for a narrow label.
Using GS1 DataBar Stacked
GS1 DataBar Stacked, also called RSS-14 Stacked, puts one product number into two short rows. It suits small labels in internal systems that support this format. It carries a GTIN only, not a batch or expiry date. Do not confuse it with GS1 DataBar Stacked Omnidirectional, the taller version designed for retail checkout scanners.
Download PNG for documents or SVG for a sharp, resizable print layout. Generation takes place in your browser, without an account.
Questions about GS1 DataBar Stacked
- Is this the stacked barcode I should use at a shop checkout?
- Not this version. If the retailer requests a stacked DataBar for checkout, check whether they mean GS1 DataBar Stacked Omnidirectional. Use the GTIN assigned to your product; this generator does not issue numbers. Keep both rows together, do not stretch the image, and test the label at its final size with the intended reader.
- How do I check the code before printing?
- Leave the white margins intact, keep the image in proportion and scan a sample at its final printed size with the device you intend to use.
